The stay for an enjoyable business trip certainly was great value. By and large, it was comfortable base for sightseeing in Ottawa, had much fun and met especially helpful and attentive staff from front desk to maintenance workers to maids. The restaurant was modest at a fair price, I tried basic dishes. Climate control, a balcony, and a new carpet were standard, but I enjoyed that. The location was comfortable, within easy walking distance of Byward Market. The property was set in a relatively quiet area.

All the staff were fantastically friendly, competent. Location: the hotel was close to bike trails, and Parliament Hill and the Byward Market. Luckily it was close to The Ministry of Coffee, had pastries there when it was record breaking hot outside.

During our Christmas stay, we had a great experience at the hotel. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, from the efficient check-in and check-out process to the helpfulness in providing directions and suggestions for nearby attractions. The restaurant at the hotel also stood out, offering delicious food with ample portions and high quality. Additionally, the hotel's great location near downtown was a major advantage, making it easy for us to explore the city during the holiday season.
There were a couple of aspects that were less desirable. we were disappointed to find that the heat had been turned off in our room.

Great location, close to everything in Ottawa. Clean, modern facilities with a well-equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff. Efficient maintenance and housekeeping teams that go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Excellent soundproofing in rooms.

The place is quite clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. The location is very convenient, close to the mall and other nearby areas. There is a great coffee shop called The Scone Witch nearby. The staff is very efficient and provides a friendly check-in and late check-out. Additionally, there is convenient on-site parking.
